What is Document Capture?
Digitizing paper documents through scanning and/or importing electronic documents that have been captured by a multi-function peripheral so that they can be filed into your document management system.
Capture solutions accelerate business processes by gathering all of your different documents and forms and transforming them into retrievable information that you can use.  Once the information has been collected and transformed the capture solutions deliver that information directly into your business applications and/or data bases.  
Our solutions can “read” and “capture” your information from virtually any type of paper or electronic document. Document “capture” can involve the scanning of paper documents and reading information from electronic files such as a PDF, a TIFF, etc.
